1. Melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat in a large skillet. 2. Add onion and garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant, about 3 to 4 minutes. 3. Stir in bone broth and milk. Bring to a gentle boil, then add pasta. 4. Lower heat slightly and simmer, stirring often, until pasta is just tender. 5.
