What you need

tbsp dijon mustard

cup olive oil

cup onion

tsp black pepper

cup cheddar cheese

bunch fresh dill

lb ground beef

clove garlic clove

tsp coarse salt

cup cherry tomato

cup pickle

cup lettuce
Instructions
1. Whisk or shake all vinaigrette ingredients in a jar until fully combined. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week. 2. In a large bowl, layer lettuce, cooked ground beef, tomatoes, onion, pickles, and cheese. 3. Drizzle with Mustard Vinaigrette and sprinkle with fresh dill before serving.
