What you need

lb ground beef

tsp smoked paprika

tbsp tomato paste

cup beef bone broth

bunch fresh parsley

tsp black pepper

cup sharp cheddar

tsp kosher salt

clove garlic clove

tbsp avocado oil
Instructions
1. Bring a large, deep pan to medium heat. Once hot, add the avocado oil. 2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook for 2–3 minutes, until fragrant and softened. 3. Add the ground beef and begin breaking it apart with a spatula. Sprinkle in the smoked paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is browned through, about 4–5 minutes. 4. If there’s excess grease, drain it before moving to the next step. 5. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 1–2 minutes to coat the beef and deepen the flavor. 6. Add the beef bone broth and dry pasta. Stir well to ensure the pasta is fully submerged. 7. Bring to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente. 8. Turn off the heat. Stir in the shredded sharp cheddar cheese until fully melted and incorporated into the sauce. 9. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. 10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
