tsp red pepper flake

clove garlic clove

cup jasmine rice

cup beef broth

lb ground beef

tsp ground ginger

cup hoisin sauce

cup coconut sugar

tbsp cornstarch

dash sesame seed

tsp black pepper

bunch green onion
Instructions
1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package directions and set aside. 2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease if needed. 3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. 4. Add the coconut sugar, beef broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ground ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well to combine. 5. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water until smooth. Pour the slurry into the skillet and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring often, until the sauce thickens. 6. Spoon the cooked rice into bowls and top with the saucy Mongolian ground beef. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
