What you need

tbsp sesame oil

pinch salt

tbsp butter

clove garlic clove

tbsp soy sauce

cup white rice
tbsp vegetable oil

tbsp teriyaki sauce

bunch green onion
Instructions
1. Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in a wok or skillet over medium heat. 2. Add chicken and sauté for 3-4 minutes. 3. Stir in butter, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and minced garlic. Continue cooking until chicken is fully cooked through, stirring frequently to prevent burning. 4. Serve the chicken hot with fried rice and sauteed vegetables. 5. For the vegetables, heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. 6. Add zucchini, soy sauce, butter, minced garlic, and a little water. Sauté for about 5 minutes. 7. Add chopped onion and continue to sauté until vegetables are tender. 8. Serve the vegetables hot alongside the chicken and rice. 9. For the rice, heat oils in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. 10. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened. 11. Push onions to the side, add the egg, lightly scramble, then mix with onions. 12. Add cold rice, butter, and soy sauce, tossing to heat through and scramble the egg fully. 13. Break apart any clumps of rice before serving. 14. Season with salt and pepper if needed and stir in chopped green onions before serving hot. 15. Serve the rice with the chicken and vegetables.
