What you need

cup rice
tbsp guacamole

cup romaine lettuce

can black beans

box taco seasoning

tbsp pico de gallo

tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Coat chicken thighs in Siete taco seasoning and olive oil. 2. Sear chicken thighs in a cast iron skillet until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. 3. Grill corn or place in cast iron skillet until lightly charred. 4. Heat black beans. 5. Heat rice and prepare guacamole, salsa, and toppings of choice. 6. Assemble the bowls by dividing the rice, lettuce, chicken, and beans. 7. Garnish each bowl with cheese, guacamole, corn salsa, and pico de gallo. 8. Serve the bowls with lime wedges, if desired. 9.
