Harissa Chicken & Turmeric Rice

A flavorful and spicy dish combining tender pieces of chicken marinated with harissa and spices, served with turmeric-infused basmati rice and tender broccoli florets.

What you need

tbsp water

bunch fresh parsley

tsp paprika

head broccoli

tsp salt

box basmati rice

tsp turmeric powder

tsp ground cumin

tsp black pepper

tbsp olive oil

tbsp harissa
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken into 1″ pieces, and set aside. 2. Mix Harissa spice with 1 tsp olive oil and a little water until it forms a sauce. 3. Add spices and harissa to the chicken. 4. Heat a large skillet on medium heat then add in about 1-2 tbsp of olive oil. 5. Add the chicken to the pan and cook for about 8-10 minutes until cooked completely. 6. Heat broccoli in pan with olive oil until tender. 7. Heat rice according to package directions and add turmeric for a quick turmeric rice. 8. Add chicken and broccoli to rice, Enjoy!
