Honey Garlic Beef & Veggie Stir-Fry

What you need

tbsp soy sauce
tbsp vegetable oil
tsp cornstarch

tsp sesame oil

tsp fresh ginger

tbsp rice vinegar

cup broccoli florets

bunch green onion

tbsp honey

tsp water

tsp garlic
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and optional sriracha. Set aside. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. 3. Add beef and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan or push to one side. 4. Add broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, green onion, and garlic. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp. 5. Return beef to the pan (if removed). Pour sauce over everything and toss well. 6. Stir in the cornstarch slurry. Cook for 1–2 minutes until the sauce becomes glossy and thick. 7. Serve hot over rice, cauliflower rice, or noodles.
