What you need

tbsp taco seasoning

pinch salt
cup salsa verde

tbsp salted butter

cup water

pinch black pepper

cup hot sauce

bunch green onion
cup salsa
Instructions
1. Add the chicken, red salsa, salsa verde, hot sauce, taco seasoning, butter, and water to the crockpot. Season generously with salt and pepper. 2. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours, until chicken is tender. 3. Shred the chicken directly in the crockpot and stir it into the sauce. Adjust salt as needed. 4. To build your bowl, add a big handful of shredded lettuce to a bowl. Top it with rice, spoon over the salsa verde chicken, and serve with tortilla chips on the side. 5. Garnish with avocado, green onions, and a squeeze of fresh lime.
