What you need

cup black beans

cup yellow onion

cup shredded cheese

cup black olives

lb ground beef

cup lettuce

tbsp olive oil

cup cherry tomato
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Drizzle olive oil in a pan and brown the ground beef, then drain if needed. 3. Add the taco seasoning packet and the amount of water directed on the package. 4. Place parchment paper on a sheet pan and add tortilla chips to the pan. 5. Spread beans and ground beef over the tortilla chips and cover with cheese. 6. Bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted. 7. Remove nachos from oven and add cold toppings such as onions, olives, lettuce, extra cheese, tomatoes, and jalapeños. 8. Top with sauce of choice and enjoy.
