1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant, about 3 to 4 minutes. 2. Stir in bone broth and milk. Bring to a gentle boil, then add pasta. Lower heat slightly and simmer, stirring often, until pasta is just tender. 3. Add broccoli florets directly into the skillet and cook until bright green and tender, about 3 to 4 more minutes. 4. Stir in Parmesan cheese and the remaining 1 tablespoon butter. Season generously with salt and pepper. If sauce is too thick, splash in a little extra milk. 5. Serve warm, topped with more Parmesan, and enjoy! Optionally, add grilled chicken for more protein.
